Michał Przewięźlikowski

Forwarder

Michał Przewięźlikowski was born on a small farm in the middle part of Poland, where he grew up together with four brothers and a sister. He has a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology, which he furthered with a Master’s degree in logistics and international freight forwarding at Gdansk’s School of Banking and post-graduate diploma in Transport and Logistics at Gdansk University.

”I also planned to start post-graduate studies in informatics, but the idea had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic,” he says.

In 2012-2019, Michał worked in a small transportation company as dispatcher and freight forwarder in international LTL (less-than-truckload) and express transportation. The company used a network of sub-contractors as well as their own drivers and vehicles. During this time he acquired customs agent qualifications and a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage. Coupled with proficiency in German his skills and competencies make him a great asset for us and our customers and we’re happy to have him onboard our Polish branch since January 2020.

”In my current role, I’m 100 per cent freight forwarder. I contact sub-contractors, pick up leads and develop new customer relations. We improve every month and are building up Begoma’s position in Poland right now. The suppliers are satisfied with working with us and we’re witnessing a greater influence on the Polish market, which is very rewarding,” he says.

Michał is 32 years old and lives in Tczew, a small town some 40 km from Gdansk, with his wife and their two sons. He’s optimistic, hardworking and 100 per cent dedicated to his work and determined to conduct it in the best way possible. Archeology and palaeontology used to be among his greatest interests. Nowadays, however, it’s mainly sports, especially football.
